Join us for Powerful Tools for Caregivers, part of our ongoing Family Caregiver Series.
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-week course to empower caregivers with the tools to take better care of themselves while providing care to their loved ones. This class will take place once a week at Los Volcanes Senior Center starting on Monday, April 3 through Monday, May 8 from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Strategies covered will include:
- Reducing Stress
- Managing Emotions
- Improving Communication
- Elevating Overall Well-Being
