Join us for Caregivers Toolbox, part of our ongoing Family Caregiver Series.
Caregivers Toolbox is a series of workshops to provide family caregivers with the skills to prepare for the journey ahead. Workshops will take place every Wednesday at Manzano Mesa Multigenerational Center from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. until June 28, 2023. Topics covered will include:
- Caregiver Self Care
- Community Resources
- Understanding and Addressing Difficult Behavior
- Dementia 101
- Advance Planning
