Animal Welfare Department is Hosting a Virtual Kitten and Puppy Shower


We are in need of certain items to help take care of these bundles of joy that have arrived at the city shelter.

You can help save these fragile lives by donating items such as:

Dog and cat beds and bed warmers

Baby wipes

Powdered puppy and kitten milk replacer (KMR, PetLac)

Pet bottles and accessories

Metal food dishes

Small litter pans and non-clumping cat litter

Puppy training pads

Kitten and puppy canned food

Kitten and puppy toys

Donations will be accepted August 26 through September 30. Members of the public can drop off their donations at any of our Animal Welfare Department shelters. For shelter locations, go to
