Howdy! The City of Albuquerque Animal Welfare Department (AWD) shelter pets are ready to lasso your heart on Saturday, September 28 through Sunday, September 29.
The adoption fee is waived for all pets. All adoptions include spay or neuter, pet tag, microchip, required vaccinations and one free initial vet visit. AWD is also offering one day of free basic dog training with every adoption.
Boofy’s Best for Pets is offering a FREE pet supplies voucher valued at $50 to $70 that can be redeemed at either of their two locations with every adoption.

East Side Animal Shelter, 8920 Lomas Blvd. N.E., 10:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
West Side Animal Shelter, 11800 Sunset Gardens S.W., 10:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Lucky Paws, 6600 Menaul N.E. 10:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
