Director of Office of Emergency Management

Roger Ebner is the Director of the City of Albuquerque Office of Emergency Management. His career as an emergency manager started in the early 1990’s and he has directed programs in three states. Through flooding, tornados, hazardous materials spills, and wildland fires, his disaster management experience has covered land, sea, and air.
