Mental Health First Aid Training

Take a class, learn the action plan and become a life line!

Mental Health First Aid is a 8-hour training certification course which teaches participants the potential risk factors and warning signs for a range of mental health problems, including depression, anxiety/trauma, psychosis, eating disorders, substance use disorders and self injury.

  • January 17 & 18, 2019: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.; Presbyterian Health Plan (9521 San Mateo Blvd NE)
  • February 9, 2019: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Raymond G. Sanchez Community Center (9800 4th St NW )
  • April 12, 2019: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Kirtland Air Force Base (2000 Wyoming Blvd. SE 
    377 ABW Presentation Center, bldg. 20604; Room TBD)
