RFQ No. 2014-FCS-1 The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is twofold: (1) To solicit applications from qualified non-profit organizations to have the City designate the organization as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) or an Affordable Housing Development Organization (AHDO); and (2) to establish an opportunity for City-recognized CHDOS or AHDOs to submit proposals for the development of affordable housing.
