Quarterly Report Regulations Client Characteristic Form

Administrative Requirements for Contracts Awarded under the City of Albuquerque, Section 6.3.5 Report on Client Characteristics. In conjunction with the report on Project Activities, where applicable, the contractor shall also submit a report on the unduplicated number of clients served through their project and on the characteristics of those clients in respect to gender, race/ethnicity, age, and family income; disability, and other data deemed necessary by the City to assist performance. The agency must also submit the Client Characteristic form. Administrative Requirements for Contracts Awarded under the City of Albuquerque Section 6.3.6 Board Approval. Project Progress Reports submitted by nonprofit agencies must be approved by the agency Board of Directors and signed by an authorized member of the Board who is not an employee. Reports submitted by a public agency must be reviewed and signed by an authorized official of that agency above the level of involvement.

2013-2017 Consolidated Plan and 2013 Action Plan

The Consolidated Plan establishes Albuquerque’s five-year strategy and investment plan for addressing housing and community development needs in the community. In addition to local resources, it allocates federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) and Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) funds. The plan meets requirements set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Chapter 5 is both the housing component of the Consolidated Plan and the City’s Workforce Housing Plan. It meets HUD requirements as well as requirements established in the Workforce Housing Opportunity Act enacted in 2006.

Affordable Housing Needs Assessment

Chronic and severe poverty are major causes of homelessness in cities across the country. In Albuquerque, families and individuals cycle in and out of homelessness when they lose a job, become ill, or suffer from domestic violence, substance abuse, and other acute conditions.

HUD Rent Income Guidelines

2015 Action Plan

The 2015 Action Plan is a one year strategic plan to be implemented by the Community Development Division over the 2015 Program Year.
