Make the ABQ BioPark a part of your classroom experience. Our Education Department has various programs designed to teach your students about ecology and nature.

Let us bring the BioPark to you or request an educational program as part of your field trip to the BioPark. Anyone visiting the BioPark is welcome to bring along any of our Educational Activity Packet. 

On-site Activities

Discovery Stations

Discovery Stations use biofacts or education animals to engage visitors in hands-on learning.

If you would like to schedule a particular activity for your class visit, call 505-848-7180 at least six weeks in advance.

Guided Tours

A prearranged tour guided by a volunteer may be available.

BioPark Connect

Interactive educational resources for parents and teachers on the ABQ BioPark's plant and animal species and individual animals at the BioPark. Here you'll find activities and resources focused on and around those species that you can do with your child at home. Go to BioPark Connect.
