Plan a Visit
The reopening of Albuquerque Balloon Museum comes with changes to our admission processes. Like other cultural facilities, we will operate at a limited capacity. In order to serve our visitors, timed tickets must be booked, IN ADVANCE AND ONLINE, through Hold My Ticket. All visitors, including children and Museum Foundation Members, must secure a timed ticket prior to their visit. No tickets will be sold at the Museum. Staff and Museum visitors are asked to follow the State health order requiring face masks or other face coverings to be worn. Exception: Children 2 years and under are not required to wear face coverings.
Temporarily, due to COVID-19, free days, free passes, and discounts will not be honored.
Proof of Residency — Acceptable documentation includes a New Mexico driver’s license or ID card, a New Mexico vehicle registration, a federal document attesting to residency, or a military ID. For new residents, an out of state driver’s license with proof of local address (e.g. utility bill in resident’s name) is acceptable.
