Project Overview

For several years, Council Harris received requests for a new center for Singing Arrow residents. In 2013, the Councilor requested a Needs Assessment to identify gaps in services for the surrounding community. This analysis also determined that the preferred location for a new community center would be the North East end of Singing Arrow Park.
