Notice of Proposed Rulemaking - Personnel Board's Rules and Regulations

The Office of Administrative Hearings hereby gives notice that it will conduct a public hearing on Monday, May 9, 2022, from 2:30pm to 5:00pm on the rule described below.

The purpose of this meeting is to obtain public input on two specific provisions of the City Personnel Board’s Rules and Regulations following an earlier solicitation of comments and a meeting of the Personnel Board and a subcommittee.  At the meeting on February 9, 2022, the Board determined further comment was necessary on two specific provisions of the rules.  These provisions are discussed in the document provided below:

The public hearing will be held via Zoom on Thursday, May 9, 2022 from 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm.

The public hearing allows members of the public an opportunity to submit testimony and arguments on the Regulation. Members of the public are asked to submit comments by Friday, April 29, 2022 for consideration by the subcommittee.
