Notice of Proposed Rulemaking - Administrative Requirements for Contracts Awarded under the City of Albuquerque Department of Family and Community Services (2)

The City of Albuquerque, Department of Family and Community Services (“Department”) hereby invites public input to proposed updates of the Administrative Requirements for Contracts Awarded under the City of Albuquerque Department of Family and Community Services that govern and standardize the administrative requirements for social services contracts.

 

Copies of the draft updates of the Administrative Requirements will be available July 26, 2022 through August 9, 2022, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., at the City of Albuquerque, Department of Family and Community Services, 5th floor, Room 504, Old City Hall, One Civic Plaza, Albuquerque, NM 87102. The documents can also be accessed on the Department’s website at https://www.cabq.gov/family/partner-resources/request-for-proposals/administrative-requirements and on the City Clerk’s website at https://www.cabq.gov/clerk/rulemaking.

The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Written comments will also be accepted by email to [email protected] before 5:00 p.m. on August 9, 2022.
