Description
This nationally recognized group from Bernalillo will perform dances that feature Malinche. Malinche is a central figure in the Matachine dances which dramatize the conversion to Christianity. Residents in Bernalillo have danced the Matachine continuously since their return in 1693 to honor the patron saint San Lorenzo.
This performance takes place in the main lobby, seating is limited.
