KAFB Starfire Optical Range, AFRL/ RDS SOR, Building 66048, Mount Washington Road, Albuquerque, NM 87117

KAFB is requesting a modification to Permit #1759-M1-RV1 to remove the quinquennial stack testing requirement of Kirtland AFB unit 19135 (Emission Unit 1).  Emission Unit 1 consists of a 1,334-hp, natural gas fired emergency engine, which provides back up power in the event of a local utility power failure. Emissions changes reflect updates to previous calculations as a result of using manufacturer emission standards.
