Open Monday - Sunday 8am - 5pm.
There will be no weekend window sales available.
The Customer Service Center provides trip-planning assistance to bus and shuttle customers.
Requests can be made by calling 243-RIDE(V/TTY), visiting our offices 100 1st St. SW, or by e-mailing rtorres@cabq.gov.

Customer identification cards are issued at this location.
