Rock Star Shuttle

Rock Star Shuttle is a Park & Ride service that provides transportation to and from select (see below) Journal Pavilion concerts. By using Rock Star Shuttle you will save money on gas and avoid the hassle of driving in concert traffic. Buses will depart from two Park & Ride locations one and-a-half hours prior to the start of each concert.  Rock Star Shuttle passengers can park for free at the Macaroni Grill Park & Ride near Winrock Mall or at the Southwest Mesa Park & Ride on the corner of Central and Unser.  Buses will leave 20-minutes after the end of the concert. 

How much are Rock Star Shuttle wristbands?

$15 each for a round trip for adults and $7.50 for children age 12 and younger. You can pay with cash in person or our Customer Service agents can reserve your wristband with a credit card number over the telephone. Simply call 243-RIDE (7433).

Where do I purchase a Rock Star Shuttle wristband?

Wristbands can be purchased at the Alvarado Transportation Center, beginning two weeks prior to the concert and up until 3:00 p.m. on the day of the concert. The Alvarado Transportation Center is on the corner of Central Avenue and 1st Street in Downtown Albuquerque. The customer service windows are open from 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekends. (Please note: Wristbands cannot be purchased at the Park & Ride sites.)

How many seats will be available on the Rock Star Shuttle?

Seats are limited on the Rock Star Shuttle, so purchase your wristbands as soon as they go on sale. Wristbands can be purchased beginning two weeks prior to the concert date and up until 3:00 p.m. on the day of the concert.
