The City of Albuquerque has two separate processes for the selection of consultants. One process is used for the selection of architectural and engineering consultants. Architectural and engineering services are defined as those consultant services that require the final product to be stamped by an architect or engineer who is registered in the state of New Mexico. The other process is used for the selection of non- architectural and engineering services as well as for the purchasing of goods and services.
