As part of the redevelopment of historic Route 66 through Albuquerque, the City of Albuquerque is considering Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Service along Central Avenue.
The City Transit Department (ABQ RIDE) is undertaking an Alternatives Analysis as the first step in determining the operational and financial feasibility of a BRT System along the Central Avenue Corridor.
