Thank YOU ABQ RIDE! You all did an amazing job considering all the obstacles that mother nature threw. Special thanks goes out to those who provided the bus service to those released from work early on KAFB thursday. Kudos!

Thanks for extending this route into Rio Rancho. I will catch it at Southern and Unser and that will save me about 20 minutes of driving every day. It is really cool that you are extending service to Rio Rancho. Look forward to more routes.

I got rid of my car when it got too expensive to drive. Now I ride the bus because it is less expensive. I don't have to worry about dealing with other drivers and the weather. It also gives me a chance to relax and read on the way to work.

With the change of drivers resulting from the upcoming shift schedule, I wanted to once again point out the how pleased I have been with one of your employees. I have had the pleasure of writing to you in the past about this same employee, and wanted you both to know that the high level of service continues on.
I am a regular rider of the first bus southbound on the #34 San Pedro commuter route. The regular driver on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays is Michael Green. Michael has driven this route in the past, and the regular riders are always happy to know when he is assigned this route. He has always been courteous, and arrives on schedule.
During the good-weather months, I use the bus to transport my bicycle to work, then ride the bike home in the evenings. Michael takes the care to make the bike rack as easy to access as possible. He knows where the regular riders board, and watches out for those passengers to ensure they aren’t running a few steps too late. For one passenger who has difficulty boarding the bus, he always gets as close to the curb as possible, but maneuvers in a safe manner.
This driver is an asset to your staff and his attitude promotes continued use of public transportation. I will miss having Michael as one of the regular drivers in the morning, because he seems to know how people like to be treated, and takes pride in his work.
Please ensure me that these comments will reach his immediate supervisor, and others that should be made aware of Michaels efforts.

I just wanted to tell you how much our students and I enjoyed this year’s Albuquerque Clean Air Challenge that you asked us to be a part of. I must admit we were reluctant at first. We did not know exactly what to expect. The more we got to know and work with you and your team the more inspired we all became. This was a great experience for our students and our school. I think that our Cibola community became more aware of the great resources we have just across the street from our school. All of the City Employees from the Bus Driver’s to everyone on the City Staff that we worked with were very friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. It made our students and me proud to be part of such a great City and the importance in having a great mass transit system. Thank you again for all your hard work. We look forward to working with you in the future to continue to improve and make our community aware of the great resources available for them.

My name is Matthew Kappus and I ride the Blue Line to UNM. On one trip last month, I left my wallet on the bus and it was turned in to a driver named Nigel. The honorable thing for Nigel to do was to turn in my wallet to the lost and found.
However if that was the case, I wouldn't be writing this e-mail to you. What happened instead was your driver, after a long day at work, personally came to my door and helped my retrieve my wallet--giving me directions to the wallet's location and leaving me his business card in case I needed any more help. Nigel is an exemplary employee and I am sure you will be glad to know what an upstanding, go-beyond-the-call type of person you have working for the transit department. Thank you for your time.

I would like to commend Phillip, our friendly bus driver, for taking the time to get us to work after our train was late. We arrived at the Los Ranchos/Journal Center this morning at 7:51AM due to the RailRunner being late. There were no buses available. Around 8:00AM, Phillip arrived and took those of us who were stranded to work, so we wouldn't be later than we already were. I really am grateful for him being where he was and helping us. It was wonderful he was there. Thanks, ajr

I ride the Railrunner. Last night we were stopped on the tracks because of an accident involving Amtrak. I just wanted to say thanks to ABQ Ride for sending busses to get us home to Isleta, Los Lunas and Belen. You all did a great job.

I want to thank your group for helping out the Rail Runner passengers to get home to Los Lunas and Belen. This was done in a timely manner and we only arrived home about one hour late.
Again thanks for being so prompt in helping us.

I want to thank both the New Mexico Rail Runner and ABQ Ride for being so prompt in getting the buses to the Sunport Station to transport us home to Los Lunas and Belen. This was done in a very timely manner.
Thanks for helping us.

Carolyn: Thank you. The credit belongs entirely to ABQ Ride, they mobilized immediately and continued the service to handle even the northbound trains from Belen.
