Bradbury Stamm Construction Announces Milling and Paving Operations in Nob Hill

New Albuquerque Rapid Transit (ART) milling and paving operations are set to begin Monday, June 26th in Nob Hill. Bradbury Stamm Construction is alerting commuters that on-street parking and alternating eastbound and westbound lanes of Central Avenue between Stanford and Carlisle will have limited access and various closures from Monday, June 26th through Monday, July 3rd for milling and paving operations.

One lane of Central will remain open in each direction. Crews will be working near live traffic and motorists are requested to use additional caution while traveling in the area. Additionally, during the milling and paving operations various areas will experience temporary closures of on-street parking and closure of side street access both to and from Central. Commuters are encouraged to take Lomas or Lead/Coal. If that is not possible, then please use caution in the work zone and delays should be expected.

Westbound: North side of Central

Carlisle to Girard Westbound

  June 28 - June 30

 

Eastbound: South side of Central Avenue

Girard to Carlisle Eastbound

      June 29- July 1

Washington to Monroe Eastbound

      June 26- June 28

Carlisle to Morningside Eastbound

      June 30 - July 3

Stanford to Girard Eastbound

      June 27 - June 29

 

Milling operations are scheduled as nightwork set to begin at 2:00-3:00am. A noise ordinance is in place for these operations. Paving and minor sweeping/cleaning activity on weekends is limited to Saturday, July 1st.
