About Fares and Passes:
- ABQ RIDE Customer Service Center accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- No refunds on passes.
- Drivers don't carry money and can't open fareboxs to make change.
- Fareboxs only accept U.S. coins and $1 bills. ABQ RIDE fareboxes don't give change.
- Have exact change ready before boarding.
- Proper identification is required to purchase Silver Monthly Passes, Summer Fun Pass, and College Monthly Passes.
- Passes aren't valid for special events.
