Emergency Service

Do you want to feel sure that you'll have a trip to work if you have a real transportation emergency? Register for emergency service and that trip is only a phone call away. Get your Emergency Service card today!

• Advance reservation trips available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Late-night trips must be scheduled by 5:00 pm the day before the trip.
• Same-day trips available:
  • Monday-Saturday, 5:30 am - 10:00 pm
  • Sunday, 7:00 am - 7:30 pm
  • Not available on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day , Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
• Costs 75¢ per trip.
• Provides 4 trips per person.
• Trips provided to work or job training with a stop at childcare if needed.
• Riders with household income at or below 150% of poverty are eligible.
• The Subscription and Emergency Service includes travel in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Corrales, the Town of Bernalillo and Bernalillo County (not including Isleta Pueblo & East Mountain area)
