The D-RIDE travels a loop around downtown, providing service to some of the area's most popular destinations.
ABQ RIDE introduced D-RIDE downtown bus service on July 14, 2006. D-RIDE's launch coincided with the opening of the Rail Runner Express and was intended as a way for Rail passengers to travel around downtown after arriving at the Alvarado Transportation Center. The D-RIDE is free.
Among the D-RIDE stops are City Hall (west side), Metro and Federal court and the Convention Center.
Due to the ongoing construction at the Convention Center, the D-Ride now turns south on 2nd Street, continues to Gold Avenue, turns east and continues into the Alvarado Transportation Center.
The D-RIDE is convenient, running every seven minutes. D-RIDE service is available from 6:30 a.m. to 5:33 p.m. Monday through Friday.
