Paratransit Application Instructions

Interviews to qualify for Mini Ride rides are held every Thursday of the month at:

ABQ RIDE
100 First Street
Call 243-RIDE for an interview appointment time.

To Complete Part III-the medical section of the Paratransit Application Form:

• Call 243-RIDE to arrange a ride to your doctor, so he/she can complete Part III of the form. Cost of the ride is $2.00 each way.
• Complete the remainder of the application form yourself or have someone help you.
  Call 243-RIDE to schedule an interview.
  • An appointment time is necessary for the interview.
  • Cost of the ride is $2.00 each way.
  • Bring the completed Paratransit Application Form with you
