The Customer Service Center provides bus and shuttle customers with up-to-the-minute assistance in trip-planning. Requests can be made by telephone at 243-RIDE(V/TTY) or in person at 100 1st Street SW, or email rtorres@cabq.gov. Customer identification cards and Pass Sales are also issued at this location.

Monday-Friday 6 AM - 8 PM
Saturday-Sunday 8 AM- 5 PM
