EM Track - This software is an additional component to the EM (Emergency Medical) System which the City already utilizes for monitoring the status of the local hospitals. $43,836.52 Bruce W. Sickles Approved by CIO since this is standard, commodity software

Air Quality Website Revamp - The Environmental Health Department is requesting approval to contract with FosterMilo. The contract will consist of a detailed review of web traffic data, new information architecture focused on end user needs, migration of static content to PLONE, creation of landing pages for high level AQD information sections, rewriting of content and the writing of new content as needed, and additional graphics work as requested. The contract will also include building and integrating a new front end alert system for the Burn/No Burn and Pollen alerts to visually integrate them into the rest of the site and provide RSS feeds. $15,229.69 Danny S. Nevarez (Dan Jones/Robert Nunez) Approved, but will be reported to ISC since the contract was awarded prior to TRC approval.)

Air Quality Document Management - The Environmental Health Department is requesting approval to enter into a contract with a on-line document management company eBridge Solutions Inc. A requisition has not been created as the contract is pending Legal Department approval. $2,345.00
Danny S. Nevarez (Brian Osterloh/Robert Nunez) Approved, but need to ensure the TRC recommendations are incorporated into the contract.

COA IT Strategic Plan (Diane Schaller)


ABCWUA needs to have the capability to have exceptions to the loading of Office 2007 on some people’s boxes. They can still run 2003 but some of our reports are in 2007. Can we have some type of exception policy where the department can buy 2007 and we will support it only for our reports? Anything else they do and wish to have support would be done on 2003. PC H/W & S/W Standard (Chris Framel)


No new General Fund PC purchases – recycle existing. There are a lot of PCs due to the vacancies. (Clint)


Should IT Professional Services go thru TRC? (Clint)

Problems, Warnings, Situational Awareness, Saved Rounds? All 5  Due to time constraints, PP&S discussion and New Business deferred.

Heads Up: We need to look at recycling PCs, especially within General Fund, vice buying new. Very tight budget for the next 18 months.
