Thing World
Bay Stevens is an artist originally from New York City, who has lived in Cedar Crest, New Mexico since 1978. Stevens has a BA from Boston University in English Literature. She is currently working on her associates Art degree at CNM.
Stevens has created an installation constructed of 30 digital prints addressing the things we have and gather. A study of human consumption and its effect on the natural world. Do the things we have, lose and discard take on their own worlds? Thing World reflects the journey of our things/your things.
