Solid Waste Rate Increase: Call Center to Assist Commercial Customers

Mayor Richard J. Berry announced the creation of a Solid Waste Customer Call Center to help commercial customers review their current service and explore options to ensure that they are receiving their optimal level of service before the rate increase goes into effect on October 1, 2010.

Commercial Customers may call 761-8138, 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday to speak to a Solid Waste Customer Service Agent about their account.

Please note that the rate increase for Residential Solid Waste Customers will go into effect July 1, 2010.  The new rate for Residential Customers will be $12.91 per month.
