The Solid Waste department provides Albuquerque citizens and businesses with trash collection and disposal, recycling services, and green waste composting.
Our other services include:

Solid Waste News
Free Green Waste Pickup
Free green waste pickup is available to all City of Albuquerque Solid Waste customers ONLY on your regular trash collection day during the weeks of May 3-May 7 and May 10-May 14. Please have your green waste at the curb by 7am on your regular trash pickup day during the program period. Please note that drivers may be out until dusk to pick up your green waste.
