Description

On Thursday July 31, 2014 DMD and the SWMD/Clean City Division will work together to address the right of way weed, litter and street sweeping issues on Montano  between Poblanos Court and Coors Road. DMD will provide and maintain Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) measures for the safety of road users and Clean City maintenance workers during the right of way maintenance activity.

  • Work activity is scheduled to begin at 9:00 am and end no later than 3:00pm.

  • The occupied work space and work activity will be a “MOBILE OPERATION” and may move as the work progresses utilizing Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) measures to protect workers from errant vehicles and to inhibit road user flow as little as possible.

  • Because it is impractical in mobile operations to redirect the road user’s normal path with stationary channelization, more dominant vehicle-mounted traffic control devices such as arrow boards, portable signage and high-intensity rotating, flashing, oscillating or strobe lights may be used for channelizing devices to establish a transition area.
