Weight Training 101
Going to the gym for the first time can be intimidating. This class is designed for those who have little experience in the gym. It will introduce you to the fundamentals of weight lifting and give you the skills to feel confident and be successful in the weight room. Comfortable clothing and athletic shoes are all you need. Remember, there will be others just as new to weight lifting as you.
