TEAM DSA EXCEEDS THE GOAL!

Department of Senior Affairs exemplified true team spirit as eight(8) employees walked in the American Heart Association’s 17th Annual Heart & Stroke Fun Walk on Saturday, March 14, 2009 at the Bosque School. The team included: Blanca B. Hise, Miguel Sanchez, Diane Romero, Tammie Griego, Cassandra Vigil, Patricia Archuleta, Patrick Chavez and Renee Archuleta. The spirit from the group was so infectious that eight(8) family members and friends joined the team in the walk. The team’s goal was to raise $200 towards the fight against heart disease. The team exceeded the goal by raising over $800! Comments from team members include: “this was great fun; let’s do it again next year!”
