This presentation focuses on educating the importance of healthy eating and exercise for
Congestive Heart Failure. Rather than using a bandage approach on diabetes, we educate seniors on using alternatives to salt and other ingredients that increase blood glucose levels. The exercise aspect of the presentation focuses on fitness to encourage a healthy lifestyle and a strong heart.
