| This project is needed in order to implement an innovative and proactive approach to combating domestic violence. The implementation of the Domestic Violence Speciality Officer (DVSO) will improve APD staffing and enchance victime services, augmenting current efforts of the Family Abuse Stalking/Training Team (FASTT) and Sex Crime Unit detectives, supervisors and volunteers. |
