Homelessness Prevention & Rapid Re-Housing
This project will provide prevention and rapid re-housing services that are easily accessible to people at risk of homelessness or experiencing homelessness that may not connect with traditional homeless programs. The focus of the program will be to provide financial assistance and services to prevent individuals and families from becoming homeless and help those who are experiencing homelessness to be quickly re-housed and stabilized. Funds will be available to pay up to one or two months past due rent, a deposit on a new apartment, and up to one year of rent, depending on the barriers to obtaining employment and housing stability.
