American Recovery and Reinvestment Act dollars will be spent on a multi-use trail crossing at the Rio Grande next to I-40.
The I-40 multi-use trail has been a priority for more than a decade, and it is moving forward, with the help of stimulus funding. This is one of the first projects in the city to be funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
