Description
Audio or public address systems for audiences of 1,500 or less.
Use of Contract
The Department then be required for each project to obtain at least three quotes from the pool of awarded contractors. The total quoted price from the vendors must include all delivery costs, set-up charges, fees, taxes, and any other applicable costs.
Departments should submit a completed requisition with a minimum of 3 vendors quotes. Upon approval of the requisition Purchasing will process a purchase order to be submitted to the awarded vendor for that event.
The City may add vendors to the Small Events pool after the award has been made upon approval of the Purchasing Officer.
