PC & Printer Setup
City Standard PC Setup
- Unpack and assemble PC/laptop components.
- Complete standard Windows setup with City standard settings.
- Install and configure additional City standard client software (if not included on shipped image).
- Attach to City network and complete workgroup specific implementation tasks including additional software installation and/or configuration requiring a network connection as supplied by ISD.
- Transfer user data from existing PC to new PC.
- Physically replace user PC with new equipment.
- Receive sign-off from user.
- Notify ISD of completion
City Standard Printer Setup
- Unpack and assemble printer components.
- Install printer cartridge.
- Attach to City network and configure.
- Return configuration info to ISD
