Items exceeding $1,000.00 cannot be purchased from this contract.
Any requirements for the purchase of the an item whose price exceeds $1,000.00 must be submitted to the Purchasing Office for review, approval and issuance of a separate purchase order.
Items stocked in the City Warehouse including, but not limited to, air filters, A/C motors, A/C pumps, fittings, etc. cannot be purchased from this contract.
