Use of Contract
Items that have been awarded to specific vendors must be procured from the awarded contractor.
Orders For Items Not On List = $1,000 or less.
To procure items not specifically awarded, departments may place an order with any of the four contract vendors if the total order is less than $1000.
Orders For Items Not On List = Above $1,000
To procure items not specifically awarded and the total order will be greater than $1,000, departments must obtain quotes from 3 of the 4 contracted vendors and order from the low quote which meets the departments specifications and delivery needs.
