Use of Contract
That any project (that may be required) resulting from this RFB with an estimated dollar amount of $25,000.00 or more will be subject to a request for an itemized cost estimate (including labor, materials, and bonds).
The pricing will reflect all labor rates and materials per the contract pricing. The estimate will be requested from the three selected contractors (primary, secondary, tertiary). The estimate must include required bond pricing and is due within 5 working days of the City's request or it will be considered non-responsive.

New Mexico Department of Labor wage rate decision BE 06-0909 B (3.5Mb) has been applied to the above listed labor rates.
