Information about two lieutenants being promoted.
Albuquerque Police Chief Raymond Schultz promoted two lieutenants and four sergeants Friday at a ceremony at the Albuquerque Police Academy.
Lieutenants Michael Swanson and Lawrence Pocci; and Sergeants Rene Barraza, David Rogers, Ruben Valdez and Stuart Vigil were promoted during the ceremony. The officers will assume their new responsibilities Monday.
