Dina Atencio is Today’s Repeat Offender
The Albuquerque Police Department has named Dina Atencio as today’s Repeat offender of the Day. Atencio has 56 prior arrests and was charged today in Metropolitan Court withProbation Violation and Shoplifting.
As a part of the repeat offender of the day program, the Albuquerque Police Department is placing Atencio’s picture on its Facebook page and web site as well as posting a link on the department’s Twitter account. The repeat offender of the day program was started in June 2012 by Mayor Richard J. Berry and Police Chief Raymond Schultz in an attempt to get a meaningful Three Strikes Law Passed.
