Police Seek Help in Locating Offenders who stole Copper Wire from Hope Christian School
Thieves stole copper wire from the Hope Christian Elementary School Campus, 8005 Louisiana Blvd. NE, overnight between midnight and 3:00 a.m. Classes continued as scheduled today, but detectives say that the school suffered several thousand dollars worth of damage because of the copper theft.
The Albuquerque Police Department is looking for information regarding the copper theft and is asking the public for help in identifying the two vehicles depicted in the attached photos. The first is a white compact truck with a camper shell, the second is a dark colored 1970s model Chevrolet truck with white rims and a black rim on the right rear tire. The second truck also has a sliding rear glass window.
Any information should be immediately reported to Crime Stoppers at 843-STOP.
