APD Homicide Detectives are asking for the public's assistance in locating Jason Tiele Warren. Warren is wanted on a no bond hold warrant for an open count of murder, felon in possession of a firearm and shooting from a motor vehicle. These charges are in connection to the shooting death of 29-year-old Michael Moore on June 15th, 2013 in the area of 613 Alvarado SE.
Warren stands 5'6", weighs approximately 160 lbs and has the following tattoos:
Right hand: "FREE"
Left hand: "LOAN"
Left arm: "OAK, JAMAR, JAYSHAWN, NIZEERIA, ANTIAHIA"
Right arm: "F*** A B****" (expletives are fully spelled out on his arm)
