Project Timeline and Status:

On February 12, 2009 the Environmental Planning Commission (EPC) recommended the plan's approval with several conditions which have been met. The North Fourth Street Rank III Corridor Plan was forwarded to Albuquerque City Council on July 29th, 2009 for final official review.

Project Description:
This project addresses economic vitality, land use and design issues along the North Fourth Street Corridor from Lomas to Solar, resulting in a new Rank III Corridor Plan.
