Notice is hereby given that the Executive Committee in charge of maintaining the City of Albuquerque Development Process Manual (DPM) is considering amending the DPM.

The following areas are being proposed for amendments:

Chapter 23, Section 3.9.6 and 3.9.7
This amendment is intended to update the City’s current standards and practices related to intersection design and median and turn lane design in compliance with updated design guidance from AASHTO and NACTO.

Public Comments

The meeting will be open to the public and any person may give verbal or written testimony in favor of or in opposition to the proposed amendment.

In addition, written comments not made at the meeting and related to these amendments will be accepted through Feb. 6, 2016.
