Description

Mayor Tim Keller and the City of Albuquerque are committed to helping the community learn more about the new land use, zoning, and planning regulations that are part of the Integrated Development Ordinance (IDO), before the IDO becomes effective on May 17, 2018. (Read the full draft or learn more at: www.abc-zone.com).

It’s important to know how to use the new regulations and how they may impact your property or your part of town.

Our team of dedicated and knowledgeable planners and staff have set up daytime and evening IDO training sessions at various locations to conveniently serve city residents. In addition to the training sessions, City staff will also host weekly office hours for those who are unable to make it to one of the group meetings or for those with detailed questions about a specific property.

Spanish-Language Training
To ensure we reach even more of Albuquerque’s residents, we will be hosting a training session presented in Spanish. The evening meeting for Spanish-speakers will be held on Thursday, February 22 from 6-8 p.m. at Coronado Elementary School (601 4th Street SW) in the Cafeteria. To speak with someone in Spanish about the meeting, call Catalina Lehner at 505-924-3935.
