Electrical Inspection Section
The
Electrical Inspection Section of the Building and Safety division of the
Planning Department consists of a team of highly skilled and experienced
individuals; three (3) Commercial Inspectors, five (5) Residential Inspectors,
one (1) Planning Assistant, and one (1) Chief Inspector under the direction
of Assistant Building & Safety Manager. We inspect
all aspects and phases of electrical system installations to ensure code
compliance for the safety of all Albuquerque residents. We work closely
with a variety of community agencies in addressing any electrical complaints
or concerns that do indeed affect the safety of our community.

The Building Safety division is located on the the Garden Level
of the Plaza Del Sol building at 600 2nd St NW. The office is open
